International Sales Support

Customer Service Representative to support its international sales efforts in Mexico, South America and Europe. The position is an entry level position leading to the role of International Sales Manager.

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience in sale or a similar customer facing role, with a demonstrated ability to develop sales proposals, resolve customer issues and develop customer rapport.

The successful candidate should have the following:

• Degree preferred
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Bi-lingualEnglish and Spanish.
• Good mechanical aptitude for understanding meter, pump and electronic systems.
• Ability to learn and train people how to use and apply a technical product.
• Desire to help distributors be successful selling products.
• Ability to learn, practice and teach an established sales process.
• 5 years customer service experience.
• Ability to answer customer questions after office hours.
• Microsoft Office skillsExcel, Word and Power Point.
• Some travel required. (LESS THAN 5%)
