International Sales Manager: Looking for a Mexican national preferably in Monterrey, MX. Or Queretaro, MX
A manufacturer of Industrial Flow Instrumentation and Fuel Transfer Pumps has an immediate opening for a General Sales Manager to lead its Mexico and Central America sales efforts.
The successful candidate will be responsible for: sales strategy development and implementation, channel development and management, major account management, and other activities as necessary to grow sales in his assigned territory.
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 yrs experience in sales management with a successful record of sales growth while working with Distributors and Independent Rep.
- BS in Business, Sales/Marketing, or equivalent
- Minimum of 10 years in field sales or related areas
- Bi-lingual, Spanish, English
- Work independently to obtained agreed upon goals
- Build and maintain key customer / distributor relationships
- Experience with forecasting, budgeting
- Know and teach a professional sales process
- Establish and monitor joint distributor sales plans
- Ability to effectively present information to top management and public groups
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Competence with excel, word, powerpoint and other software as required
