$100,000 to $150,000 + up to 20% bonus
Description:
Results-oriented Internet business marketing specialist, with notable successes in directing a broad range of SEO/SEM ROI initiates. Must be able to build optimal SEO strategies and SEM campaigns, PPC and PPP programs. Proven development of strategic online media planning/buying, and revenue generations. Proven track record of increasing revenue, profit, national market share, client acquisition, and brand awareness. Solid track history for successful corporate advance for rapid building of clients and affiliates.
Provides monthly department metrics and performs ad-hoc analysis of marketing programs for Sr. Management. This position is also one of the business leaders for the ongoing Web-Services development, responsible for creating the vision for improved broker data, assisting IT in execution of ROI deliverables, and providing/planning on new data mining applications for the company as the new data sources become available.
The Manager is responsible for establishing the team's vision and goals, maintaining cost-center budget and ensuring the team's deliverables are complete on time and with a high degree of quality.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
Experience in sales and marketing analysis in a B2C organization
Data mining and data modeling project experience
Experience supervising analysts and building teams in the past is preferred.
Experience in measuring marketing programs and sales strategies.
Ability to lead and develop analysts to take on increasing roles in the organization.
