Corporate Development Engineer
Job Location: Dallas, TX

• B.S. in Mechanical, Chemical, or Petroleum Engineering
• Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
• 2 – 5 years Midstream Engineering and Operations experience including facilities design and basic financial/economic analysis
Responsibilities
Provide technical support to Corporate Development team in major growth projects and the acquisition process, including facility cost estimates, gathering system analysis, and operational and engineering analysis of midstream assets.
• Provide day today engineering/operational support for Corporate Development efforts for a variety of projects including both on system growth and new asset acquisitions.
• Provide liaison between Corporate Development and regional Engineering and Operations and Technical Services. Must have exceptional communications skills (verbal and written).
• Internal: Corporate Development, Regional Divisions, Technical Services
• 3 rd party contractors and vendors
• Field operations group
Requirements
• Specific skills required include:
Gathering system analysiso Midstream assets cost estimating
Compression analysis
Some gas processing and treating plant experience desired
Production equipment sizing and cost estimating
Liaison between field operations and Corporate Development Group
