Project Architect / Manager
Job Location: Manhattan, KS
Description:
Looking for someone interested in taking over management/ownership in 5-10 years
Salary:
$60,000-$80,000 maybe more
The ideal candidate will have:
Architecture degree from an NAAB- accredited architecture program, professional registration
10-15 years minimum experience, with at least 3-5 years of project management. He/she will have demonstrated excellence in all facets of architectural practice, with a balance of design, technical, administrative, communicative (graphic, written and oral) and marketing skills.
- AutoCAD, spreadsheet, e-rendering, and MasterSpec proficiency.
- A demonstrated ability to take a lead tole in project development and execution through all phases, working individually or in teams. Simultaneous projects can be expected.
- A desire for long-term commitment as the position is intended to foster development of the candidate toward associateship and ultimately to an equity position/partner of the firm.
