Landfill Engineer
Job Location: Wichita, KS
Description:
Landfill Engineer is needed to design and permit landfills, including sitting studies, hydro geological assessments, liner and cover design, storm water control systems, leachate collection and control, gas monitoring and control, groundwater monitoring networks, alternate final covers, regulatory compliance, bid document preparation, construction quality control, closure plans, solid waste management plans.
Projects include hazardous, municipal, industrial, and construction waste landfills. Strong resources are available to the candidate for utilization.
Minimum Education and Experience:
- BS in Civil Engineering preferred.
- Two to five years experience conducting Solid Waste Engineering.
- Business development and management experience preferred.
- P.E., or ability to obtain within one to two years, is required.
Salary:
65-100K
