Requirements:
- Strong experience building an API interface
- Strong experience building a front end web portal
- Strong experience in web development
The project will utilize the following Web Based Technologies:
- ASP.NET
- AJAX
- JavaScript
- PHP
- SOAP
- SQL
- PostgresSQL
