Implementation Specialist Overview:
Implementation Specialists provide assistance in the configuration, setup and implementation of the PropertyBoss suite of property management solutions. This position requires a people-oriented professional who manages software implementations involving an enterprise property management system and integration with QuickBooks or other financial accounting programs.
Implementation Specialists work with clients via both interactive web sessions and on-site sessions and are responsible for managing both clients and the implementation process . Implementation Specialists are integral to providing client training during the implementation process. Implementation Specialists are expected to quickly learn the PropertyBoss application and develop an understanding of the business and accounting challenges of the property manager.
Candidate Requirements:
This position requires an individual who can effectively communicate business, accounting and application level concepts to clients with a wide range of business and technology experience. A strong understanding of accounting principles and the QuickBooks application as well as previous experience with software applications is required. Knowledge of the property management industry is ideal.
