Job Description: Challenging Inside Sales career opportunity in growing, dynamic software company. Candidate will be responsible for selling property management software products to business owners in the Business-to-Business market. Qualified candidate should demonstrate high energy, a strong work ethic, excellent communication and persuasion skills with a positive attitude. Roles and Responsibilities include: · Identify and qualify new business opportunities · Follow up on leads with proposals and presentations · Negotiate and close sales · Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas · Maintain detailed, accurate and timely records in our CRM · Build and maintain healthy consultative relationships with clients Qualifications: · A strong skill set in lead generation and sales and understanding of the sales process · Strong sales abilities including qualifying prospects, asking probing questions to completely understand prospects’ situation, overcoming objections and closing sales · Inbound and outbound telephone sales experience · Strong customer service orientation and a committed team player · Detail-oriented with excellent communication and persuasion skills · A good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Windows · The ability to work independently, be resourceful and display initiative · Good leadership and self-management skills; excellent written and verbal skills Job Experience / Requirements: Two year college degree is preferred. Technology background/skills are a plus. Minimal travel required.
