GENERAL SUMMARY:
Performs general traylinefunctions to ensure quality delivery of food items in a clean, well-stocked environment. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Performs food preparation tasks, positions various items and other routine functions.
- Maintains the trayline, coffee maker, and other items and equipment.
- Stocks food center withthe various condiments, lids, cups, silverware, napkins, etc. to ensure adequate supply.
- Maintains a working knowledge of all therapeutic diets.
- Serves a population pediatric through geriatric.
- Abides by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability privacy and security regulations regarding all aspects of Protected Health Information (PHI).
