Position Summary
The Surgical Technologist and/or the Certified Surgical Technologist prepares the room and gathers supplies needed for surgical procedures; delivers instruments to the surgeon and other members of the surgical team intra operatively; may function as second assistant to the surgeon; assists in the proper decontamination of the room, supplies and instruments post operatively. Minimum Qualifications
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience. Graduate of an accredited surgical technologist school.
