We are working with a hospital in the Boston area who is in need of a SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST to work full time with a pediatric population, children ages 2-10 in an outpatient setting. This is a temporary short term contract position and the assignment starts as soon as possible and will run through the beginning of July. They are in need of a therapist with 3+ years of experience. This is a 35 hour work week. Hours for the position are (3) 9 hour days (8:30-6pm) and (1) 8 hour day, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday (has to be a long day), and Friday.Responsibilities: Performs Speech Therapy evaluations and assessments, develops treatment plans and establishes treatment goals with patient input, and applies treatments in accordance with Standards of Practice and applicable state licensure regulationsQualifications: Master of science degree in Speech Pathology and a minimum of 3 years clinical experience, and the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Pathology awarded by the American-Speech-Language-Hearing Association, are required.
