A premier hospital in Alaska is in need of a pediatric Physical Therapist. This position is full time. A generous relocation package is offered and salary is commensurate with experience. You will work with all levels of disabilities such as developmental delay, cerebral palsy, autism, Down Syndrome, seizure disorder, traumatic brain injury, multiple traumas and other neurological and orthopedic cases. You will treat children from birth to 18 on both an inpatient and outpatient basis. Additionally, the pediatric Physical Therapy will collaborate with physicians, primary partners, and patient/family. Assists in direct patient care. Collaborates with other team members to plan and provide important aspects of care, in compliance with standards and guidelines established by the American Physical Therapy Association.REQUIREMENTS:Education: Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy required. .Experience: Experience and credentials in pediatrics required. At least Two years experience in an Acute Hospital Setting.Must be able to work independently and with team. Must be able to instruct para-and non-professional staff.Licensure/Certification:
Current license to practice Physical Therapy in the State of Alaska.
