We are searching for a dedicated pediatric occupational therapist who enjoys working in a clinic based setting treating kids with disabilities. Our client`s outpatient rehabilitation therapy services are growing! They have moved to a bigger center to serve a greater number of the children in the Eastern Shore. The therapists treat children ages birth to 5 years with a variety of diagnoses. The perfect candidate will enjoy a healthy pace with a positive work environment, and the opportunity to be part of an interdisciplinary team. The therapy team includes 3 speech therapists, 2 physical therapists and 2 occupational therapists. Mentoring is available for new grads. This is a full time, direct hire position. Responsibilities include:Evaluate & treat young children with a variety of diagnoses. Provide play-based clinical occupational therapy. Provide guidance and instruction to families & caregivers for carryover of therapy. Full time positions include: Health, dental, vision benefits, 401K with 1:1 match up to 5% of salary, paid time for vacation/sick/personal and 12 paid holidays.
