Job Description:
Pediatric, Speech Language Pathologist
Our client is a school system in the Palatine area of Chicago. They are in need of a bilingual Speech Language Pathologist to work 3 days per week for the 2009-2010 school year. This is a contract placement with the option of renewing each school year. Hourly rates are based on experience and range from $38-50 per hour. Caseload is varied between preschool, elementary, middle and high. Kids have mild to moderate speech delay, articulation issues and so on. The days are flexible. It is an elementary school for treatment (1 day, approximately 10 students) and two days for evaluations at the other schools throughout the district (approximately 15 as we have a few bilingual therapists staffed at others). The evaluations would be K-Jr High.
Qualifications:
Must hold a Masters Degree in Communication and Speech Disorders, a current state license (or eligible) if applicable.
