PHYSICAL THERAPIST: Responsible for providing appropriate patient care according to the age of the patient, specifically adult, and geriatrics. Under the general direction of the Home Health Supervisor/Case Manager, develops a home care plan of instructing patient, family/caregivers and other nurses to implement the plan for therapeutic treatment and rehabilitation of the physically handicapped.
Qualified candidates will have one year experience with direct patient contact. Current license to practice PHYSICAL Therapy in the State of California. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. High School Diploma/GED or 2 years equivalent work experience. Graduated from an accredited School of PHYSICAL Therapy. Bachelor's degree preferred.
