School Based Speech Language Pathologist - Speech Therapist - SLP

Job Location: Houston, TX

EXCEPTIONAL CHILDREN DESERVE EXCEPTIONAL THERAPISTS...

Our client, is a public school system looking to add 2-3 SLPs for the 2008-2009 School Year. Located in the Northwest suburbs of Houston, TX, just north of the hurry and rush of the City...this is the place to live, work, and enjoy like in the nations 5th largest city! This is a client where the needs are generally very few, as they experience a very low turn-over. It is also a highly sought-after ISD because of it's size! SLPs are part of a multi-disciplinary team dedicated to providing the children of the district the very best in care possible. They really go out of their way to make everyone feel like they are important and part of the TEAM! Hours are 7:45 - 3:45 .

They currently have needs ranging from Pre-K through High School. The district has plenty of mentoring and supervision for a CFY but cannot take assistants at this time!

Qualifications: Must hold a Master's Degree in either Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders; a current state license (or eligible) if applicable. CFYs ARE HIGHLY ENCOURAGED TO APPLY...PROFESSIONAL/EXPERIENCED SUPERVISION/MENTORING AVAILABLE!

PAY RANGE FOR CONTRACT: $33 - 42 hr, based on experience. Completion Bonus! Great benefits package. Relocation Assistance paid for qualified candidates. CEU expenses reimbursed.
