Title: Customer Service Representative/Office Personnel Reports To: Office Manager Salary: $12.00- $15.00/Hour Position: Full-Time, Temp to Hire Job Summary: Local Company is looking to hire a long-term high energy Customer Service Representative to assist them with customer service and orders. This position will require that the professional is able to wear many hats. The position will require that the person be able to articulate the products and services offered by company in a compelling way to make caller want to move forward with an order. The professional hired will be expected to work a schedule: Monday through Friday, with availability between the hours 7:00 am -5:30pm. Duties and Responsibilities: -
Daily customer service which will include answering the phones -
Receives customers requests by taking orders from clients -
Up-selling products -
Dispatch -
Invoicing -
Reports -
Account management of existing accounts. -
Additional tasks as needed. Experience: -
Proficient in Excel, Word and other Microsoft products. -
QuickBooks is a plus. -
Requires a candidate with a high energy level and a high attention to detail. -
Previous experience in customer service and inside sales prefer 2-3 years Supervisor Requirements: The professional hired will not be responsible for the direct supervision of any staff. Knowledge and Abilities: -
Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision. -
Ability to handle and resolve challenging problems. -
Ability to handle multiple tasks. -
Ability to work well with others. -
