Title: Senior Office Support Specialist Reports To: Owner Salary: $26,000 - $32,000 Position: Full-Time, Temp to Hire Job Summary: This position will be responsible for office services which include building management correspondence, purchasing and maintaining cell phones for the company. The candidate will also be responsible for records maintenance which includes scanning and indexing various documents into workflow and quality control. Candidate will assist with various company events. The office support manager will be the main support for the HR Department, supporting 3 HR professionals. Duties and Responsibilities: -
Building management correspondence -
Purchasing and maintaining cell phones for the company -
Purchasing office supplies -
Processing Invoices -
Records maintenance which includes scanning and indexing various documents into workflow and quality control -
Assist with various company events -
Additional tasks as needed Experience: -
4 to 6 years of office administration experience -
Must be able to multi-task, -
Well organized -
Excellent interpersonal skills -
Strong Microsoft Word -
Strong Microsoft Excel Supervisor Requirements: The professional hired will not be responsible for the direct supervision of any staff. Knowledge and Abilities: -
Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision. -
