Job Summary:


Tulsa Company is looking for a Full-Time Technical Recruiter. As a technical recruiter, you will manage a high volume of requisitions including contract and full-time positions. Our clients HR department has some extremely demanding hiring goals, and they are looking for someone who will tackle the workload with energy and enthusiasm.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Manage full life cycle recruitment for up to 15 requisitions at once

  • Utilize a variety of creative sourcing and recruiting methods to attract and identify top talent

  • Conduct thorough, detailed technical in-person interviews and phone screens

  • Communicate with Senior Recruitment team to obtain key job criteria and receive feedback on candidates

  • Monitor and report a variety of hiring activity metrics

  • Additional tasks as needed

Experience:


  • Previous recruiting experience preferred

  • Positive and motivated attitude

  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Exceptional customer service skills

  • Exceptional phone skills

Supervisor Requirements:


The professional hired will not be responsible for the direct supervision of any staff.

Knowledge and Abilities:


  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision.

  • Ability to handle and resolve challenging problems.

Physical requirements for positions include: arm and hand steadiness and finger dexterity enough to use a keyboard and telephone; occasional lifting up to 25 pounds; may be subject to walking, standing, sitting, and reaching; and vision, speech, and hearing sufficient to perform the essential tasks. Any physical restrictions should be discussed or noted within the interview process.
