Title: Technical Recruiter Reports To: HR Manager Salary: $14.00 - $16.00/Hour Position: Full-Time, Temp to Hire Job Summary: Tulsa Company is looking for a Full-Time Technical Recruiter. As a technical recruiter, you will manage a high volume of requisitions including contract and full-time positions. Our clients HR department has some extremely demanding hiring goals, and they are looking for someone who will tackle the workload with energy and enthusiasm. Duties and Responsibilities: -
Manage full life cycle recruitment for up to 15 requisitions at once -
Utilize a variety of creative sourcing and recruiting methods to attract and identify top talent -
Conduct thorough, detailed technical in-person interviews and phone screens -
Communicate with Senior Recruitment team to obtain key job criteria and receive feedback on candidates -
Monitor and report a variety of hiring activity metrics -
Additional tasks as needed Experience: -
Previous recruiting experience preferred -
Positive and motivated attitude -
Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint -
Exceptional customer service skills -
Exceptional phone skills Supervisor Requirements: The professional hired will not be responsible for the direct supervision of any staff. Knowledge and Abilities: -
Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision. -
