Title: Executive Administrative Assistant Reports To: CEO Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 Position: Full-Time, Direct Hire Job Summary: Tulsa Company is seeking a Full-Time Executive Administrative Assistant. This position will report directly to the company CEO. Ideal candidates will have previous travel experience, can handle multiple priorities at once, and hold a Bachelors degree. Duties and Responsibilities: -
Drafts correspondence, memoranda, etc., for the department head`s signature, for internal and/or external distribution. -
Coordinates all travel for staff members. -
May prepare agendas, materials related thereto, and see that all legal requirements are met. -
Review and verify report details by performing data or information audits -
Responsible for establishing and maintaining official documents and records in appropriate files. -
May be asked to attend some meetings, seminars, etc., possibly to take notes or furnish information. -
May do research for a project or a legal matter. -
Assists various departments on an as needed basis. -
Provides coverage for receptionist when/if needed. -
Maintain schedule and calendar -
Prepare presentations as needed -
Additional tasks as needed Experience: -
5-8 years of previous Executive Administrative experience -
Bachelors degree -
10-Key by touch -
Strong MS Office knowledge: Word, Excel, and Outlook -
Advanced training in typing and general office procedures -
Strong attention to detail Supervisor Requirements: The professional hired will not be responsible for the direct supervision of any staff. Knowledge and Abilities: -
Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision. -
