Reports To: Controller Salary:$40,000
Position:Full-Time, Temp to Hire

Job Summary:
Tulsa Company is looking to hire a Full-Time Accounts Receivable/Purchasing employee.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Collections
Approximately 350 credit customers
Approximately 1,500 monthly transactions
Current customers with account balance
Include credit card, COD, etc.
Various reason for balances
Applying payments
Managing credit applications
Sending credit application approvals/denial letters
Sending invoices and/or statements
Continually improving processes
Placing orders with vendors
Additional tasks as needed

Experience:

2 years of AR experience
Customer service
Attention to detail
Proficient in Excel

Supervisor Requirements:
The professional hired will not be responsible for the direct supervision of any staff.

Knowledge and Abilities:

Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision.
Ability to handle and resolve challenging problems.

Physical requirements for positions include: arm and hand steadiness and finger dexterity enough to use a keyboard and telephone; occasional lifting up to 25 pounds; may be subject to walking, standing, sitting, and reaching; and vision, speech, and hearing sufficient to perform the essential tasks.
