Description / Basic Function Summary:
The incumbent will be responsible for positioning, developing, and implementing winning competitive technical, management and costing strategies.
Position requires a solution-oriented, high energy business development professional with proven experience executing capture strategies for proposals in the defense, civilian, law enforcement, and intelligence agencies of the federal government.
Requires a Bachelor's degree from accredited four year college or university in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field and ten years of experience capturing new business in response to federal government RFP's. Knowledge and experience in aircraft maintenance services industry is highly desirable.
