Avionics Technician / GFL-2008-016
Job Location: Great Falls, MT
Job Summary:
The qualified applicant must have minimum of three (3) years recent avionics maintenance experience in both fixed and rotary wing. Plus completion of a military aviation avionics technical school -OR- possession of an FCC License with endorsements or Repairman's Certificate.
Duties to be performed include but not limited to:
Properly installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing aircraft avionics and electrical systems on UH60, C550 and PC-12. Radar, FLIR and WESCAM systems background a plus.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities required:
Possess analytical ability, be able to read and interpret schematics, and have basic typing skills and computer knowledge. Must be able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance. Position may require travel, and shift-work in addition to scheduled and unscheduled overtime and weekend work. Must have a positive attitude, be a self-starter, work well with others and have the physical ability to lift and handle heavy objects.
Employment dependent upon successful background security check and drug screen.
