Job Summary:
Resource Benefits Administrators (RBA), based in Waco, Texas, successfully assists businesses of all sizes in identifying the most effective benefits for their company. We provide retirement plan implementation and administration, cafeteria plan administration and benefits consulting services nationwide.
Our firm is currently seeking a professional to provide retirement plan services for 401(k) and profit sharing plans for a dedicated group of clients. The current position is on a full -time basis.
Primary duties include:
* Responsible for client contact with 50 to 60 retirement plans on a daily basis, including client assistance or other customer service issues
* Assisting in the implementation of takeover plans
* Completion of annual compliance reports and annual tax returns including Form 5500, Form 5330 and Form 1099R
Requirements:
* Business Degree or equivalent experience
* Experience with Relius (preferred but not required)
* Experience with Microsoft Office & Microsoft Outlook
* Strong organizational skills and work ethic
* Ability to work independently
