Job Summary:
Resource Benefits Administrators (RBA), based in Waco, Texas, successfully assists businesses of all sizes in identifying the most effective benefits for their company. We provide retirement plan implementation and administration, cafeteria plan administration and benefits consulting services nationwide.
Our firm is currently seeking a professional to provide retirement plan services for 401(k) and profit sharing plans for a dedicated group of clients. The current position is for a full or part-time basis.
Primary duties include:
* Responsible for client contact with 50 to 60 retirement plans on a daily basis, including client assistance and other customer service issues
* Technical review of plan administration of less experienced plan consultants
* Assisting with the completion of consulting projects, tax correspondence, IRS/DOL resolutions, plan corrections and plan design
* Assisting in the implementation of takeover plans
* Completion of annual compliance reports and annual tax returns including Form 5500, Form 5330 and Form 990T
Requirements:
* Business Degree preferred
* Minimum 3 plus years of plan administration experience
* Experience with Relius, Microsoft Office & Microsoft Outlook
* Strong knowledge of ERISA and IRS regulations
* Strong organizational skills and work ethic
* ASPPA or CEBS designations (preferred but not required)
