Currently, we seek 1-2 qualified candidates for a full time position as IT Technician. Duties include, but are not limited to: Initial troubleshooting and diagnosis of customer problems that arise, new equipment configuration and installation, monitoring and maintenance of critical services such as Office 365 and backup services, and assisting the Senior IT Engineer with projects.

Physical demands: Must be able to stand, climb, kneel, lift, reach, bend, twist and walk, squat and sit, must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. Work quickly, safely and confidently.
Professional appearance, attitude, and demeanor are required for any customer-facing activities.
Hearing ability: Must be able to make and receive phone calls.
