Business Development Director

We are currently seeking to expand our inside sales team by adding another business development professional. This position will focus on the screening and interviewing process for adding qualified candidates to our existing network of 500 consultants and coaches.

Within our structure, as a business development professional, you will be empowered to continue to do what you do best – develop strong and mutually beneficial client relationships. All leads are provided and there is a business generation process in place proven to be successful that is supported by a robust CRM. Our target audience includes professionals from corporate executives or management levels who are leaving or dissatisfied with Corporate America, and want to turn their professional expertise and experience into a successful and independent consulting or coaching practice. As part of our business development team, you will be supported by a concerted marketing effort to establish awareness of our capabilities. Specific job duties include interviewing candidates via the phone as well as in person. There is no travel.
