Job Summary:

To be responsible for data collection, gathering, analysis and reporting needs for Home+ related to quality, productivity and business goals. The Employee should be familiar with CPR+, Brightree, Frameworks LTC, FSI, Meditech, Meditech Home Care and have other computer skills, including Excel spreadsheet, etc.

Job Description:

Essential Functions:
  • Database Maintenance and Productivity Tracking
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating the productivity and bonus database using appropriate software; tracking information, developing and compiling statistical analysis of productivity activities.
  • Responsible for identifying and fully understanding sources and methods of data collection.
  • Responsible for the collecting, analyzing and reporting data related to the caregiver bonus program on an individual caregiver basis as well as the group as a whole.
  • Responsible for the tracking and reconciliation of home care caregivers and worked points to ensure caregivers are working their required productivity in support of the department goals as well as ensuring the caregivers are compensated for productivity accordingly.
  • Assists in the development of materials, reports, presentations, and communication of information for Home+ leadership.
  • Responsible for tracking, collecting and coordination of Home+ indicators and the development of department reports to evaluate the department`s performance.
  • Responsible for gathering and supplying information needed by administrative support staff to perform their functions on a daily basis. This includes, but is not limited to: monthly, quarterly and annual department dashboards in addition to other reports and data for special projects including productivity and strategic initiatives.
  • Invoicing
  • Responsible for ad hoc data collection, analysis and reporting of both clinical and financial information.
  • Supports Department Directors with monthly financial reporting and trending and clinical data analysis to determine opportunities for improvement as well as aassists with special projects.
  • Assists in audits of financial data.
  • Researches topics ad hoc as requested by department staff.
  • Own and drive the process for hospice house room and board collections.
  • Act as consultant to the Home+ home care department and leadership in regards to data analysis and business goals.
  • Participate in the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of Home Care monitoring tools (i.e. dashboard, productivity).
  • Communicates, both written and orally, effectively with caregivers and leadership about Home+ goals and purposes. Assures the accuracy of information regarding Home+.

    Additional Requirements:

    Medium work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
