Job Description: Established property management company is seeking an experienced Full-Time Administrative Assistant and / or Leasing and Rental agent for its office in Rock Hill, SC Requisites: MUST HAVE: 1+ years of experience as a leasing agent, property manager, or support staff MUST: Be willing to work 40 hours during weekdays from 8:00am - 5:00pm. Be comfortable working with a family-owned business. Be personable, outgoing, helpful and efficient. Be able to multi-task and possess a high degree of integrity. Have the ability to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. Possess flexibility, good business judgment and exhibit strong attention to details. Have excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook), Customer Relationship Management/Database. Job Description: - Managing of inquiries and condition of 50+ active available residential and commercial rentals - Dealing with day-to-day rental and leasing issues - Fielding repair requests, condition and concern calls - Marketing calls (inbound and outbound), meeting with & recruiting potential tenants and owners - Comfortable & eager to take on Projects outside of Job Description - Comfortable taking on New & Varied Tasks - Research, Present & Implement new marketing ideas - Research, Present & Implement new industry technologies
