Description: Quality Assurance Manager Rockline Industries, Inc. New Jersey POSITION SUMMARY: Develops, interprets, and implements quality assurance policies, manages the quality systems, and facilitates regulatory compliance, customer, and third party audits. Manages Quality Assurance operations to support cGMP practices ensuring the conformity of finished goods under 21 CFR 110, as well as all international GLP and internal standards. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensures the quality assurance of raw materials, work in process, and finished products. Ensures the safety and productivity objectives of the business are being met. Manages all change controls, product compliance, CERTS, SOPs, CAPAs, and cGMP training programs. Supports corporate initiatives. Collaborate with management to develop projects aligned with the strategic vision of the facility. Develop and support key performance indicators. Responsible for regulatory, customer, and third party audits for the New Jersey plant, minimizing problems or potential liabilities. Develop and execute site QA operating budget and control costs within approved levels. Responsible for pest control administration and documentation. Must maintain memberships and ASQ certificate training up to date. Other duties as assigned. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED: Bachelors degree with a minimum of 10 years related QA experience. HACCP training, ASQ certifications required, Six Sigma a plus. Familiar with cGMPs and FDA regulations in a manufacturing facility. Strong verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a diverse environment.
