Requirements:
Requires 15+ years experience in defense, aerospace, or instrumentation industry preferred, with minimum BSEE required. As a senior contributing member of our product development team, will be expected to exhibit leadership capability and project management skills.
Job Description:
This is a hands-on positions for individuals familiar with product development. Individuals should have detailed experience with RF/Microwave design techniques and development of integrated RF/Microwave assemblies. Specific experience with frequency generation and conversion, communication and radar receivers, power amplifiers and/or flight instrumentation is preferred. Experience with CAE/Design tools such as Eagleware and Microwave Office is required. System/subsystem design and integration experience is strongly desired. Familiarity with design for manufacturing and environmental constraints (EMI/EMC, vibration, packaging, thermal, etc.) is required.
Compensation/Benefits:
Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Due to our clients requests, all of our openings require US/Canadian Citizenship or Permanent Residency. H-1b Visa, Student or other Visa status need not apply. Unfortunately, we are unable to place recent graduates with less than 1 year post graduate work experience in their field of study. Exceptions to this would include the student having completed relevant internships of 6 months or more.
