Rep Manager - Process Controls
Job Location: Texas
Job Summary:
Responsible for the sale of process instrumentation through rep agencies in Texas.
Direct activities of rep agency sales force.
Train reps in pressure, temperature and flow products.
Develop sales programs and help develop new accounts.
Skills Required:
Prefer a B.S. degree, will consider equivalent experience.
MUST HAVE 5 (five) years experience.
MUST BE able to communicate with customers and rep agency salesmen.
MUST PROMOTE a team environment.
Compensation/Benefits:
Base salary between $60 to $90K. Company car.
Full Benefits, 401 K, vacation, etc.
Incentive paid quarterly and annually.
