884 4/ 13 Position: Outside Valve Sales Representative Location: 2 locations: Denver, CO and Salt Lake City, UT
Job Summary:
• Develop and grow the business in the territory of Colorado, Wyoming and Kansas or Utah, Nevada and Wyoming. • Maintain existing customer base and expanding relationships by identifying customer needs and developing solutions and options in a timely manner. • Identify and develop new customers and pursue new sales opportunities with drive and determination to succeed. • Successfully communicates with OEM suppliers, inside sales support and end users to ensure rapid response. • Growing profitable market share by presenting value-added services & add-ons. • May live in Denver, CO or Salt Lake City, UT. Skills Required: • Minimum requirements include B.S. engineering degree from accredited university or equivalent hands on technical training (military veterans are encouraged to apply). • A minimum of 3 years working in B2B sales is required. • Self-motivated with ability to seek out areas of improvement and offer solutions. • This is a hands-on position that is involved in all aspects of sales. Good mechanical, electrical, computer and communications skills are required. • Valve product experience is a real advantage. • Industrial products or service experience (Power, Energy, Oil & Gas, Chemical Process industries). • Technical background a strong plus. Compensation/Benefits: Base salary $70 to $90K plus bonus of 20%. Company car. Full benefits, matching 401K, etc.
