Description:
English for Speakers of Other Languages Teacher at Ebinport Elementary School
Minimum Qualifications:
SC certification in a recognized field with a strong GPA in course work is required
English Certification is preferred, but not required
ESOL add-on endorsement or extensive course work in ESOL is preferred
Knowledge of effective and innovative instructional and assessment techniques for ESOL students
Experience working with elementary school students
Willingness to work with teachers on ESOL staff development needs
Skills in interpersonal communication with parents, students, and teachers
Outstanding references from current and former supervisors
Satisfactory SLED (SC Law Enforcement Division) report
