Job Location: Tulsa, OK
Description:
The Power Electronics Engineer will:
* Design hardware and controls for AC and DC power systems
* Modify, troubleshoot, validate and maintain hardware as required
* Work in team arrangement as Project Engineer
The ideal candidate will have experience in:
* Design of power supply/converter circuits, analog/digital feedback and control, interface circuits in AC and DC power products and systems
* Design for system efficiency (size and loss) manufacturing, design to specification (reliability, cost effectiveness, schedule)
* Software development using C and C++ language
* Use of schematic capture, printed circuit layout and design simulation tools -- Protel DXP a plus
* Development and maintenance of engineering/production documentation
* Failure analysis and root-cause determination
* Project Engineer or equivalent
