Embedded C++ Description Embedded Software Engineer, C++ programming, Linux, Real-time video, Graphical User Interfaces, 2D Embedded Software Engineer, C++, Linux, Real-time video, Graphical User Interfaces, 2D/3D/CG, CMOS Sensor, Accelerometer, Gyroscope, Vibration Are you a Embedded Software Engineer with 3+ years experience working on a wide range of difficult software engineering problems under general direction? Designs, develops, codes, tests, troubleshoots and debugs software for engineering applications and/or commercial products? If so read on... We are in need of a Embedded Software Engineer with 3+ years experience to be responsible working with electrical and software engineers to create the specifications for the embedded software you will design for different specific application boards.
What you will be doing:
Work with electrical and software engineers to create the specifications for the embedded software you will design for different specific application boards Develop code based on the approved requirements specification Debug and test your code on the target application boards Control digital and analog sensors (i.e. CMOS sensor, accelerometer, gyroscope, vibration, etc.) Develop interface between application boards and PC via USB/UART Perform data collection and processing
Requirements:
BS in Computer Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent degree Very experienced in C++ programming Experience in embedded software design and development Embedded Linux + Real-time video (preferred) Experience with Graphical User Interfaces and 2D/3D/CG ( is a plus) Ability to articulate ideas and future direction to both the rest of the team and to our clients Ability to work independently to build a large system from scratch Highly creative and looking for more than implementing well defined requirements
