Software Developer Description
The Rowland Group is currently looking for a Software Developer with experience in Visual Basic.Net and Visual Basic 6. Candidates will be working in a VB.Net environment working with a custom-built software application and converting the application to a web-based ASP.Net VB.Net application using Web Services. Application design, enhancements, testing, and rewrites will be required. Position will be a contract-to-hire position with one of the larger and more stable firms in the Northeastern Oklahoma area.
Requirements:
Qualified Candidates will possess the following skills:
* 2 years of Visual Basic.Net experience with some exposure to Web Based Applications
* 2 years of Visual Basic 6.0 experience. This does not have to be recent.
* Experience working within ASP.Net and working with Web Services.
* Must have experience working with connecting to SQL Databases
