Description:
Programmer Description
• Development in Microsoft .NET using Visual Studio, Microsoft SQL Server, and the C#, C++, and Visual Basic programming languages.
• Apply Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) techniques and implementation using Design Patterns.
• Development in a multi-tiered, service-oriented architecture
• Create unit level tests using nUnit
• Collaborate with engineers both internal and external to the organization
• Follow up on outstanding issues with project team and management
Requirements
• Bachelors' Degree required. Computer Science, Information Systems or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of .NET-based development in the C# language
• 2+ years applying object oriented design techniques, including design patterns
• 1+ years of ASP.NET development experience
• Possess excellent written and verbal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
• Ability to set scope and deliver quality results
• A bility to communicate effectively when dealing with internal and external customers
Preferred Experience
• Experience with Microsoft .NET Web Services
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Hibernate or nHibernate
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies
• Experience with C++ and Visual Basic
