Description:
Top energy company is looking for a Financial Reporting Manager with SEC experience. Will be involved with preparation and review of periodic financial statements and supporting disclosures. Researching impact of possible transactions may also be required. Strong knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting required, CPA preferred. Must be proficient with computers and have effective oral and written communication skills. Public accounting experience strongly preferred.
Salary:
$80K - $100K plus bonus.
