Description:
Dynamic growing company outside of Tulsa seeks a Director of Supply Chain Management. Responsible for developing, leading and executing all aspects of Supply Chain Strategies that include paper procurement, distribution, warehousing, supplier development for the existing market base and new market development. Also responsible for directing the supply chain management function exclusively for the company facility. Enhancing the supplier base that is currently operated and developing the supplier and distribution base for new market entries. Collaborating and aligning with all functional groups (Marketing, Operations, QA, Finance, Engineering) maximizing the synergy and leverage opportunities to decrease total costs and increase the bottom line. Ensuring development and contribution of direct reports through effective training, coaching, goal setting, priority setting, and performance management. Requirements
• At least 7 years of experience in Supply Chain Management
• B.S./B.A. Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management or related area
• Paper commodity market analysis and strategy skills a plus
• Project management skills and multi-project experience
• Strong communications skills
