Job Summary:
A global manufacturer and service company is seeking a Controls Engineer to provide technical expertise and leadership in designing, developing, implementing, and trouble-shooting controls systems for multiple manufacturing processes during the 4:30pm to 2:30 am 2nd shift.
Requirements:
• Must have a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent knowledge and experience.
• Must have at least 3 years controls engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must have extensive knowledge of Allen-Bradley PLC hardware and software.
• Must be able to effectively lead, train, and mentor lesser experienced controls engineers and technicians.
• Must have excellent communication and project management skills.
• Six Sigma certification is preferred.
