Description: Human Resources Manager $80K - $110K Develops and administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel. Plans, organizes, and controls all activities of the department. Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems. Conducts recruitment effort for all exempt and nonexempt personnel, students, and temporary employees; conducts new-employee orientations; monitors career pathing program, employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling, and exit interviewing; writes and places job advertisements. Provides employee relations support, identifying concerns and recommending solutions and strategies for performance improvement and organizational change. Oversees the administration of human resources programs including local staff payroll, policy design, employee benefits, tuition assistance, performance appraisal, compensation program design and administration and records maintenance and retention Provides budget control and review for Corporate General Affairs expense including Human Resources. Completes projects as assigned. Develops and suggests new compensation, retention program and employee benefits competitive to peer companies at Management request. Prepare the hiring agreement utilizing template contracts Reviews and revises company rules in functional area if necessary. Requirements: Knowledge of human resources including recruitment and behavioral interviewing techniques, compensation and employee benefits administration, staff orientation, employee relations, training and development, and personnel policies and practices. Demonstrated project management skills 10 12 years Human Resources Experience preferably in the energy sector. Undergraduate degree in human resources, business administration or equivalent experience. MBA or Masters degree in Human Resource Management preferred.
