Job Summary:
This large unionized manufacturing facility is looking for a HR Generalist who is looking for a great career track to a Leadership role. You need to have 4+ years experience in a unionized environment, working in labor relations, handling grievances, compliance, FMLA, ADA and creating a positive employee relations environment. This position may involve future relocation for promotability.
