Job Summary: This large non-union manufacturing facility needs a strong relationship builder and HR generalist to bring trust and positive employee relations to this site.
Besides ER work the focus will be on leadership development, management assessment and coaching as well succession planning. Experience with Six Sigma a plus.
Experience: 7+ years generalist experience
Education: Masters preferred
