Job Summary:
The Global Commodity Director will be responsible for managing a global team of 15+ people to create and drive global sourcing strategy. Candidates need to have managed at least $500M in spend as this position entails over $1B in spend. This is a pivotal position with great exposure and challenges around the world and requires a strong leader who knows the metals market.
Qualifications:
Experience operating in a global environment
Strong leadership skills and progressive track record
Broad experience in the global metals market;
Experience:
10-15 years in sourcing & purchasing metals, including steel and other coated materials
Education:
BS or Master's in business management
