Description:
A privately held Southwestern, Ohio Company with a track record of stability and growth has partnered with Russ Hadick and Associates, Inc. to help them find and qualify candidates for their Chief Engineer - New Product Development position. In this position, you will have the opportunity to be part of a new product line endeavor with growth potential.
Requirements:
Must have excellent, detailed engineering execution skills; also a background in "drive line/power train" components for mobile/moving equipment. 4 year engineering degree BSME or equivalent; able to dive into the details as necessary; candidates will have come from a hands-on ME design background in their career. Experience in managing technical and administrative activities of engineering groups involved in project development and demonstrated accomplishments in new product development. At least 5 years of management experience with other engineers and 10+ years overall engineering background is required. Excellent product and project management skills; along with executive level communication skills is a plus.
