Description:
Russ Hadick and Associates, Inc, a premier Southwestern, Ohio executive level search and recruiting firm, has partnered with a privately held local company with a track record of stability and growth to help them find and qualify candidates for their Engineering Manager position. In this position, you will have the opportunity to be part of a new product line endeavor with growth potential.
Requirements:
Must have excellent product skills (understanding of customer values, needs; able to understand market factors and competition); also solid project management skills and superior communication and leadership skills; also a background in "drive line/power train" components for mobile/moving equipment. 4 year engineering degree BSME or equivalent; also having a MBA is preferred. At least 5 years of management experience with other engineers and 10+ years overall engineering background is required. Candidates must be experienced in presenting to upper management frequently; excellent communication skills are vital.
