Russ Hadick and Associates, a premier Southwestern, Ohio executive level search firm, has partnered with a leading local client to help them find qualified candidates for their IBM Rational Rose Administrator position.
Requirements:
Qualified candidates must be a US Citizen. Minimum of three years experience with IBM Rational ClearCase, ClearQuest, and RequisitePro tools performing configuration and administration in a Windows environment is required. Experience using IBM Rational tools in a DOD environment for configuration, change, and requirements management is also required. Candidates must be able to work both individually and in a team environment. Communication and presentation skills are also a must as are organization and time management skills. Candidates must be analytical and have problem solving skills. Candidates must also be able to troubleshoot technical problems either on site or remotely.
