Description:
A continuously growing, and leading Central, Ohio client has partnered with Russ Hadick and Associates, Inc. to help them find qualified candidates for their Project Manager position.
Requirements:
Qualified candidates must have some kind of Software Development and/or Software Development Project Management in their background. An engineering background is required although our client may consider strong IT Software Development Project Managers, but preference is Engineering Project Managers. Candidates must also have a 4 year degree. Full Product Life Cycle experience is also a must as well as MS Project Experience. CMM and/or CMMi, as well as knowledge of failure analysis and risk management, familiarity with formal project methodologies, and a PMP are considered a plus.
